K-POP WORLD FESTIVAL
Have you heard about the K-POP World Festival that is on KBS World? It is an annual event that allows K-pop fans all over the world to get a chance to win a trip to South Korea and perform on the same stage as K-POP idols!
Every year, there will be a preliminary round in every participating country. K-Generation was fortunate enough to organise it alongside the Malaysian Embassy of the Republic of Korea, with the help of Taylor’s Lakeside Dance Club (TLDC) and Taylor’s Korean Society (TUKS) in 2018, 2019 and soon 2020.
Hallyu festival
We present to you our annual event! Hallyu Festival and K-Motion! Hallyu Festival is a K-POP and Korean Culture themed event, where we have various booths ranging from Korean Food, Korean Cosmetics, K-POP Merchandise and of course, K-POP Fanclubs! During the event, Random Play Dance (everyone’s favourite) and Live Korean Make-up Tutorials takes place too.
k-motion
K-Motion is our very own K-POP Dance Competition! The competition was judged by members of Malaysia’s Top K-POP Dance Groups such as Kingsman and Mad.G. Participants Of the competition can stand a chance to win up to RM 800!
Running Man
Running Man is an event with a concept adapted from the popular Korean TV show, ‘Running Man’, where celebrity participants play a series of games towards a final mission. We have adapted our own version of "running Man" that are hosted annually so that our members are able to not just have fun and bond together but too win prizes at the every end!
